Mixing & Mastering
Already have a project recorded but just need to have it mixed and mastered? I can take raw audio files from your session and put the polish on it to turn it into a ready to release product.
No band, no problem
Are you a solo musician who has a song in their head but no band to track with, no problem! We can work together to either find musicians to work with or everything can be done in house.
I can provide guitar, bass, drums, basic keys, and other software instrumentation to help bring your idea to life.
Live recording
Playing a special event or show that you want to release as a live album? We will multitrack the live performance and then mix the files to release.
Front of House Engineer
Want to bring your own FOH engineer to your gig? I have experience both in studio and live performances and will give your band the excellence it deserves in both areas.
Project timeline
1 Free Consultation
Before any project begins I will meet with the artist to talk through what they are looking to accomplish with their music and set forth a path to reach the desired goal. During this time we will discuss the genre of music, songwriting, release deadline, musicians, and recording process. This meeting guides us to making the best choices to bring your music to life and with the excellence it deserves.
2 Tracking
Here is where the memories of making an album are made. The artist and musicians will be in the studio playing the parts they have written for the song(s) and can experiment with new ideas to compliment the parts already written. This time is meant to be an experience that cultivates creativity and collaboration between the artist, bandmates, producer, and engineer. All the parts working together will generate a final product everyone will walk away pleased with.
3 Post Production
Now that the recording has been completed the time to put it all together begins. This is where I will edit, mix, and bring to life everything that was recorded. This is more than just pushing a couple of faders around and calling it a day. Here I will take what the artist recorded and craft it all together showcasing the talent, dedication, and art that was put towards the song making sure that it is top quality and not just “good enough”.
4 Mastering
Time to make the song ready for release. This process will finalize the mix making it optimal for release to streaming platforms and/or CD. During this process is also when the artist will have a chance to hear their song since they recorded it. Also, during this time will have the opportunity to discuss changes to the song that they would like to hear. After all edits have been made the artist will then recieve a package of audio containing files meant for streaming and CD releases.
